It's easy to rationalise having a tiny, luscious breakfast (or anytime-of-the-day) roll at this popular Fitzroy haunt. It's small and lasts just a moment, but what a moment - the velvety brioche roll is filled with creamy scrambled eggs, while thin slices of San Daniele ham nestle in on top, giving an intense complex sweetness. Throw in a good coffee and it's a decadent respite - even if it is ever so brief.
